Charles Conant
Chuck graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1975 with a
BA in Industrial Management. He chose real estate courses as his
electives, so he began his real estate career in 1980. His motto is
"Whatever it takes to get the job done." First-time home buyers are
his specialty because he likes to tutor them about home-ownership.

Aloha V Cook
Aloha has been happily married to Jesse Cook for 39 years. They
have three children and three grandsons. She and Jesse have lived on
St. Martins Place in Cheviot for 33 years. Aloha attended Colerain
schools from kindergarten through high school. She continued her
education studying computers and real estate at Cincinnati State. In
1983, after raising her children, she began her real estate

Randy R Massengale
Randy Massengale has appraised residential and 2-4 unit properties
for the past 20+ years, and has been a licensed appraiser since 1991.
He prides himself on extensive knowledge and expertise in the Greater
Cincinnati market area. Randy has held an Ohio Real Estate Salesman's
license since 1979. He enjoys the challenge of determining the
estimated value of properties using the most current appraisal methods
and technology. Randy stays abreast of all changes and improvements in
his field by participating in CE classes yearly. Randy is on the

Anne Tierney
Anne has been working in the real estate industry since 1999. She
began her career assisting Laurie Wissel, top-producing agent/owner,

Laurie L Wissel
Laurie is an owner/full-time office manager/sales agent of
Arc-Way. She is the daughter of Jim and Carol Massengale, the founders
of Arc-Way. She was licensed in January, 1990, but claims to have
begun her career at age 10 when her mother employed her to file
multiple listing sheets for a penny a page. Laurie brings to the
business: a vast knowledge of finance with a 10 year history in the
banking and lending business, a "hands-on" approach to
construction/repairs/mechanical components, and an informed education
of current market values and trends. Whether you are a first-time
buyer, a seasoned investor or anyone in between, Laurie would be and
