I think it could be Season 3, Episode 3 - "This Joke's for You" as it does contain Tim fixing the intercom in the house, and then he hears Randy calling him a "screw-up".

You are looking for a niche product. This is a specialty of mine, but not in Mass. Ask the contractors as you interview them who they use for financing. The better ones will have a lender relationship set up for just this case. Two years ago this would have been easy. Today, most high LTV 2nd mortgage lenders are out of the market. It's possible GECC or Key Bank still loans in Mass. You'll have to hunt around for financing.

Good luck. You are taking on a big project - I hope your family is up to the task!

This is a quick way to socialize the kittens to the point where at the least you can handle them:
Put them in a small room with litter box, water, bed, and toys. Don't put food. The room should not have a bed or sofa, etc for them to hide under. Go in at feeding time with wet food. Put the food down and sit near it. Don't try to catch them, just let them find the food and eat quietly. If they don't come to eat in a few minutes, remove the food and leave the room. Go back in few minutes and try again. Every time they eat, move the food closer to you next time. You should be able to pet them while they eat in a few days. After the eating while being petted has been accomplished, work on playing with feather toys. These kittens may never be cuddlebugs but at least you will be able to handle them.

I prefer oil stain ,Two coats and usually mix whatever color that I am using (4 parts color to one part natural) with natural"clear" stain of the same brand. It seems to make the grain a little deeper. A trick an old floor refinisher showed me years ago and seems to work well.

As far as the finish. I also prefer oil polyurethane, Three coats ,sanding between #2and #3 coat. I use high gloss for my first two coats and whatever gloss is required (flat, semi, satin, or gloss) for the final coat.(The higher the gloss the more durable the finish)

Water based polly is fine for the insides of the cabinets as it is much easier to apply but tends to be a little "chalky" looking and does not hold up to cleaning solvents as well. It is great for closet built-ins , and other household furniture

Whatever you use ,take your time and be as neat as possible ,Letting each coat dry and lightly sanding with fine sandpaper between coats. Dust or vacuum constantly and use a tack cloth before coats. Your efforts will be their own reward.
Good luck.

Details here: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204671,00.html

You can amend your 2008 tax return by filing a 1040X return http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040x.pdf

Attach to it the first-time homebuyer form, FORM 5405 http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f5405.pdf

The credit is 10% of your purchase price, up to $8,000 max. credit. You must not have owned a primary home within the last three years (which you have not), and you must live in your new dig for at least three years from the purchase date. There are also income phase out limits, which you can find in the first link at the top, along with other key information.

Expect at least 12-16 of processing time by the IRS if everything checks out and you'd qualify for the credit. You may want to send in a copy of your closing statement along with 1040X return and FORM 5405 so there would be no delay in verification.

Kinda looks the same to me, but what i would do is take the color sample into Home Depot (or similar) and have them match the color. You have to remember that looking at it on the computer will be different because of all of our different computer settings.

A home-improvement loan is usually just a 2nd loan. Very little qualifying is done. The danger is that the lender will take the house if the loan isn't paid. If you pay with a credit card for repairs, they won't take your house. /

start home improvements as soon as you move into a new place because there are things about it that you’d like to be different from the get-go. Unfortunately, many people find that they can’t make their home improvements when they want to because it’s not cheap to make changes to a home.
